Light Fabrications has manufactured custom adhesive components for OEMs and customers worldwide since 1977. Light Fab is a premier converter of 3M pressure-sensitive tapes, skin-sensitive adhesives, non-wovens, films, foam, hydrogel, hydrocolloid and specialty materials. We add value to materials by rotary and flat-bed die-cutting, laser cutting, laminating, slitting, spooling, perforating and much more. We stock hundreds of materials used for bonding, attaching, sealing, masking, protecting, shielding, conducting, gasketing and more.

Packaged medical consumable products

We produce packaged medical consumable products for distribution, hospital, clinical and consumer use. We are a contract manufacturer to medical OEM and device manufacturers. We provide design assistance, prototypes, production, assembly, packaging and distribution. We manufacture in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner possible. With hundreds of converting machines, we operate in a modern 115,000ft², ISO 13485 certified facility. We have two certified Class 10,000 clean rooms.
