We are a full-service manufacturing company who provides prototyping, tool design and production, plastic and rubber molding (in both the US and China), finishing / assembly, packaging and distribution.

With our global facilities, we concentrate on 'total solutions' in the following markets: consumer and industrial products; electronics; medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging.

Our goal at ATP is to provide customers with total service. We are a complete source for customers who are looking for a value-added manufacturing partner. For custom injection molding, rubber molding, and plastic molding solutions, you're at the right place.

MEDICAL DEVICE DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION

We offer customers the advantages of fully integrated design, prototyping, engineering and tooling capabilities, including particular expertise in the design and production of components manufactured through leading edge capabilities in liquid injection molding, two-shot auto-rotate molding and over-molding of rubber to plastic, titanium and other substrates.

To meet evolving needs for supply chain management, we are also equipped to provide inventory control and logistics, thus offering a comprehensive resource to customers seeking total outsourcing solutions.

In addition to facilities in Wisconsin and Arizona, we have operations in Iowa and New Jersey as well as offshore facilities in China and Mexico to provide global supply chain management services.

Geographic proximity to customers increases our cost-competitiveness as well as our flexibility in meeting demanding delivery requirements.

ADVANCED PART DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Prototypes are developed through ATP's comprehensive design trial process that are duplicates of proposed production parts - the result of our personal, focused attention to customer requirements.

The stringent design requirements for complex and precision molded parts are achieved through the use of state-of-the-art CAD engineering. ATP's engineering team can provide you with the following services:

  • Project management
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Wasteless molding
  • Composite constructions
  • Value added solutions
  • Dimensional tolerances of +/- 0.002in for miniature parts

PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

ATP's core production competency is our flexible manufacturing system based on a broad spectrum of precision molding processes. To meet the wide range of customer requirements ATP has developed best-in-class custom tooling and molding capabilities that include:

  • Liquid Injection Molding (LIM)
  • Injection
  • Transfer
  • Compression molding
  • Over molding / insert molding and rubber to metal or plastic bonding

A molding process is chosen on the basis of many factors - part size, shape, material cost and usage. Advanced secondary operations include cryogenic deflashing, oven post curing, specialized testing and assembly services.
