Axiomtek Presents High-End Graphics 3.5in Embedded Board with AMD G-Series APU

Axiomtek is pleased to introduce CAPA110, a high-end graphics 3.5in embedded board equipped with the latest AMD G-series APU dual core T56N 1.65GHz and Fusion Controller Hub A50M chipset, which is a wonderful choice for graphics-intensive applications such as high-end medical imaging, digital signage, kiosks/POI, thin clients, and gaming machines. One SO-DIMM socket on the CAPA110 supports up to 4GB of DDR3 1333 memory. The integrated Radeon™ HD6320 graphics controller delivers unprecedented high definition visual experience and offers outstanding 3D performance with DirectX 11 supported. Dual display capability is supported via the VGA and DisplayPort connections on the coastline, as well as onboard 18-bit/24-bit LVDS interface. Besides, the CAPA110 provides high-bandwidth expansion capability with one PCI Express Mini card for custom system configurations. Moreover, the system only requires +12V DC power input.

Axiomtek CAPA110 is powered by AMD G-Series dual core T56N processor with A50M FCH and up to 4GB DDR3 memory. It has an advanced graphic engine with DirectX 11 supported and features DisplayPort, 18/24-bit LVDS, and VGA display capability with high definition video compatibility.

Rich I/O and more features

To satisfy increasing demands of connecting more peripheral devices, the CAPA110 provides six USB 2.0 ports and two SATA ports with transfer rates up to 6Gb/s. Expansion capabilities include a socket for PCI Express Mini card and one CF socket. Other onboard I/O features include four COM ports (3 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-232/422/485), dual Gigabit LANs, CompactFlash™, and HD audio. Additionally, the CAPA110 supports Windows® 7, Windows® Vista, Windows® XP embedded, and Linux. The built-in Watchdog Timer keeps the system running smoothly.
