MEDICAL GRADE MONITORS

Philips monitors are designed to comply with all the international Information Technology (IT) regulations, including CE, CSA, IEC, VDE and UL.
In addition, the medical monitors range complies with the most severe worldwide regulations for medical equipment (UL 2601-1, IEC 601-1 / EN 60601-1, CSA C22.2 No. 601.1 - M90 Part 1) including spilling test requirements (IPX1).

The monitors meet medical EMC standards as IEC601-1-2, EN60601-1-2, EN55011/ CISPR 11, FCC /CFR47 P.15.

COLOUR AND MONOCHROME MEDICAL LCD DISPLAYS

FIMI Philip's products have established a technological breakthrough in medical imaging. FIMI Philips and Philips Research have developed super-bright LCD displays that for the first time approach X-ray film brightness levels while maintaining good viewing angle characteristics and uniformity.

The new 18in colour model with peak brightness in excess of 500nit is targeted for multi-modality applications, where not only X-ray but also ultrasound, segmented computer tomography or magnetic resonance imaging need to be shown.

The new 18in monochrome model with peak brightness in excess of 2,000nit is targeted for dedicated X-ray imaging, especially in well lit environments such as operation rooms. Projected clinical benefit is the improved readability, resulting in faster and more accurate diagnosis and less fatigue.

LCD PACS MONITORS

The FIMI range of LCD monitors for the PACS market, available in 1MP, 2MP, 3MP and 5MP greyscale and 1MP and 3MP colour, feature the new SmartPivot technology, developed in collaboration with Matrox.

SmartPivot enables easy display orientation and features 'smart' technology, which allows the FIMI panel to communicate with the Matrox graphics board in order to determine and set orientation automatically.

Remote maintenance and calibration of the FIMI PACS range of LCD monitors are ensured by the new MediQa QA package. This software allows the quality consistency of the displays during their lifetime.

CUSTOM AND OEM MEDICAL DISPLAY SOLUTIONS

FIMI Philips' platform of existing products represents a solid and powerful base for the creation of the new display solutions we will build together with you to match your requirements and your fast time-to-market needs.
