Silicone micromolding

We have experience and expertise in the silicone micromolding of complex part geometries. We can micromold parts as small as 0.001g, with mold tolerances as low as 0.0001in, part tolerances as low as 0.001in, hole sizes as small as 0.003in and thin wall sections to 0.0015in. We can handle undercuts, threads and blind shutoffs.

Two-shot silicone and thermoplastic molding

Our two-shot silicone and thermoplastic molding services enable greater design freedom, improved performance and quality, and increased bond strength. Further benefits include reduced part cost, elimination of assembly, reduced handling and validation costs, and the ability to get the product to the market faster.

Extrusion of silicones, thermoplastic elastomers, and fluoropolymers

Saint-Gobain brings more than 40 years of extrusion experience to the medical device industry. Using state-of-the-art machinery and monitoring equipment, we provide custom medical tubing and molded components to meet the critical needs of medical device OEMs.

Our facilities are equipped to meet the strictest of demands on surface finish and tolerances of tubing and molded components. Thermoplastic product lines include TYGON® and C-Flex® brands and we offer a variety of fluoropolymer materials, including PTFE, FEP, MFA, PFA, and ETFE.

  • Single and multiple lumen tubing
