DISPOSABLE ELECTRODES

MACtac offers a complete line of single and double-coated pressure sensitive adhesive systems specifically designed for use in electrode assembly and adhering medical devices to the skin. Common applications include monitoring, pacing, and defibrillation devices as well as electro surgical grounding pads, nerve stimulation, and diagnostic devices.

Our product range incorporates various films, foams, and non-woven carriers and face materials to meet specific application requirements. In addition, we offer a variety of adhesive selections from non-aggressive to aggressive depending on the application site and length of wear.

SURGICAL DRAPES

MACtac offers a complete line of single-coated and double-coated pressure sensitive adhesive systems specifically designed for use in drape construction, drape to patient, incise, and gown closure applications.

Our product offering includes various films including polyester, polyethylene, and polyurethane. In addition, a variety of adhesives are available to suit specific application requirements including difficult substrates which difficult to adhere to, such as SMS, or providing gentle adhesion in the case of an ophthalmic drapes. Our products help to isolate the surgical site and provide a barrier as well as a sterile field to reduce the risk of infection.

TRANSPARENT DRESSINGS

MACtac offers a complete line of thin films with a non-latex, bio-compatible adhesive. These products are breathable, allowing good oxygen and moisture vapour exchange. They are waterproof and impermeable to liquids, bacteria, and viruses. Common applications include IV catheter hold-down, stage I or II pressure ulcers, first and second-degree burns, and surgical incisions.

Our product range incorporates a variety of product constructions including polyester, polyethylene, and paper casting sheets to accommodate different converting methods and dressing styles. In addition, we offer several adhesive choices depending on the level of adhesion and Moisture Vapor Transmission Rates (MVTR) necessary for the application.

Our products are manufactured in ISO and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant facilities to ensure product quality and patient comfort.
