Charpak actively work within the demanding food and medical markets and have a superb validated Class 7 (Class 10,000) clean room to manufacture at the most stringent cleanliness levels for the medical and food industry.

The rapidly growing medical sector requires everything from retail packaging for OTC products to sterile packaging for medical product transport and use. Whatever the requirement, Charpak is geared up to provide both the design and the manufacturing expertise.

DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC PACKAGING

Charpak have every aspect of design, development and production processes in-house, thus offering a confidential, highly skilled and very efficient service to our clients.

We have our own conceptual design department that enables us to produce original designs and innovative solutions to packaging problems using Computer Aided Design (CAD) Pro E Wirefire software.

We have a dedicated sample production facility, allowing us to provide samples for:

• Proofing
• CE validation
• Marketing purposes

Our technical design facility allows us to create the designs for our own aluminium production tools, whilst our full engineering workshops produce our tools and accessories with the use of Computer Aided Machining (CAM).

We have a diverse choice of manufacturing environments including:

• Validated Class 7, 3,000ft² clean room, regularly endotoxin tested, which was built just two years ago by specialist clean room designers
• Extensive 20,000ft² food-grade / GMP environment
• 20,000ft² warehousing for JIT deliveries and own transport fleet

We use all types of polymers, from antistatic, bio-degradable, compostable, recyclable, PVC, APET and PETG materials.
