New Miniature Diaphragm Pump with QuiXvalve Technology Provides Unmatched Results

Known for its wide range of pumps for liquids, Gardner Denver Thomas in Puchheim has released the revolutionary new diaphragm pump Aquamarin 1210 Series. This FEM optimised miniature pump not only transfers pure liquids but also handles difficult mixtures of water and gas effectively.

Compared with traditional diaphragm pumps in the same package size, the Aquamarin 1210 Series reduces throughput time by up to 30% when handling critical mixed media. This is obtained through the QuiXvalve technology (patent pending). The unique suction height capability of up to 6m is unmatched.

This new development, 'Made in Germany', is joining the Gardner Denver Thomas product line as the smallest diaphragm pump for liquids with unrivalled hydraulic performance: starting with a free flow of 180ml/min, the Aquamarin 1210 Series still delivers 80ml/min at 3bar backpressure. Additional features such as self priming and bubble free media transfer make it a perfect liquid pump for demanding applications.

Equipped with a choice of perfectly matching motors, Gardner Denver Thomas offers the Aquamarin 1210 Series for all needs, from money-saving low-cost motors to high-quality brushed motors for extreme low power consumption (both 12V DC and 24V DC). Wetted parts are adapted for a wide range of aggressive media.

Typical applications for the Aquamarin 1210 Series are ink jet printers, analytic and medical applications, fuel cells and all battery-operated systems.
