OMNIA® SERIES OF ELECTRICAL SAFETY ANALYSERS

Our Omnia series of electrical safety analyzers is one of the most advanced medical safety testers on the market today. Omnia provides six separate safety tests in a single instrument and allows medical device manufacturers to easily perform hipot tests alongside line leakage tests without changing test leads. Omnia features several built-in measuring devices for performing different types of leakage tests and can even perform patient leads tests with the use of an optional scanning matrix.

Available with RS-232, GPIB, or Ethernet automation interfaces, Omnia provides the capability of complete PC controlled testing environment and flexibility when setting up the environment.

LINECHEK II STAND-ALONE LINE LEAKAGE TESTER

Our linechek II is a stand-alone line leakage tester. It can be configured to perform eight of the most commonly required Line Leakage tests. The linechek II provides the most common Measuring Devices (MDs) already incorporated into the instrument. The distinguishing feature of the Linechek II is its ability to interconnect to any Associated Research hipot or ground bond tester.

This allows a medical device manufacturer to cost-effectively build a custom safety testing solution. Linechek II is available with RS-232, GPIB or Ethernet automation interfaces.

NEW MEDICAL ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTING SYSTEM

Our new medical safety testing system is our latest innovation. This medical safety testing station performs patient lead testing on medical devices that include a continuous run feature. This feature can offer significant time savings and improve testing efficiency depending on the application as a Device Under Test (DUT) does not need to be powered down and up to perform the multiple leakage tests.

In addition, the medical safety testing system can accommodate several types of tests aside from the standard line leakage, hipot and ground bond testing. For instance patient leads to ground, patient leads to sink, hipot main to ground and hipot patient leads to ground can now all be done. The test system provides all this without requiring the test operator to disconnect and reconnect lines to perform the variation of tests.

This test system is setup to run with our Autoware® software which enables the customer complete computer control of the test system.

AUTOWARE SOFTWARE FOR REMOTE PROGRAMMING

Our Autoware software allows for the test system to be remotely programmed and set-up. It provides programmable memories and steps which can be saved and recalled resulting in more efficient testing. Data capture is also possible with our Autoware solution. Test results can be can be viewed statistically, exported for database archiving, or even directly sent to a print file.

SC6540 MODULAR SCANNER

Lastly, the test system is as scalable as any in the industry. With our SC6540 modular scanner built-into the system, manufacturers can perform patient leads on a virtually endless amount of points. This test system is the most cost-effective system on the market.
