Bertram Beaulieu assumed the position of director of InnoVision, NGA's R&D component, in August 2010. His career covers more than 30 years in the NGA and its predecessor organisation, the Defense Mapping Agency. He is a member of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service. His formal education includes a BSc in forestry and an MA in business administration.
