Between 18 April and 24 April 2021, 14,198 medtech jobs were posted worldwide by 360 companies, according to the GlobalData jobs analytics tool.
This represents an increase of just over 21% compared to the 11,708 listings posted in the previous week.

The largest share of job listings came from Danaher, which posted 1,132 jobs, followed by Sonova Holding with 751 listings and Biotronik with 583.
Danaher launches new scientific advisory board
Danaher this week announced that a group of nine preeminent scientists, including Nobel laureates Philip Sharp and Thomas Südhof, have joined its newly formed Scientific Advisory Board.
The board will work with the company’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors to assess opportunities for M&A and to prioritise early-stage strategic investments. They will also collaborate with Danaher’s scientific community to create proprietary insights and develop promising innovations to support customers.
