A total of 50 deals worth $2.38bn were announced in November 2020, compared to the 12-month average of 82 deals.

Venture financing was the leading category in the month in terms of volume with 31 deals which accounted for 62% of all deals.

In second place was M&A with 16 deals, followed by private equity with three transactions, respectively accounting for 32% and 6% of overall deal activity in the country’s medical devices industry during the month.

4) The $100m venture financing of Carbon Health Medical Group by Brookfield Technology Partners II, Builders VC, DCVC Management Co and Dragoneer Investment Group

5) 3M Ventures, ARTIS Ventures, DigiTx Partners, Highland Capital Partners, NTT Venture Capital and Questa Capital Management’s venture financing of Eko Devices for $65m.
