September will bring two important meeting points for Asia’s medical device manufacturing sector, with Medtec China 2026 taking place in Shanghai from 1–3 September, followed by Medical Manufacturing Asia 2026 in Singapore from 9–11 September. Medtec China 2026
Now in its 20th edition, Medtec China will move to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, occupying halls N1–N4. Organisers expect an estimated 1,100 exhibitors across 47,000m² of exhibition space, covering the medical device lifecycle from R&D and prototyping through manufacturing, testing and commercial production.
The exhibition is particularly focused on the upstream medical-device supply chain. Dedicated areas will cover metallic and polymer materials, precision components, laser processing, additive manufacturing, tubing and extrusion, surface treatments, OEM and ODM manufacturing, automation, packaging and sterilisation.
A programme of discussions and panels where Alleima Medical also attends will address subjects including material innovation, R&D, active medical devices, manufacturing processes, quality and regulation, and opportunities in global markets.

One week later, Alleima will travel to Medical Manufacturing Asia 2026, held at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 9–11 September. The seventh edition of the biennial exhibition focuses on the upstream and midstream processes behind medical technology, including advanced materials, components, micro- and nanotechnology, precision engineering, contract manufacturing, testing, packaging and sterilisation.
Medical Manufacturing Asia is also co-located with Medical Fair Asia, ReHaCare Asia and OS+H Asia, bringing together different parts of the region’s healthcare and medical-technology ecosystem.
