In a move to expand its business operations, MedPlast, an integrated custom plastic processing solutions provider, has acquired Coastal Life Technologies, a producer of sterile and single-use disposable surgical devices.
The acquisition will strengthen MedPlast's finished device assembly capabilities and also adds a manufacturing site in Texas to its existing assets.
