Everlywell has partnered with Waters Corporation to provide patients with access to the Onclarity human papillomavirus (HPV) Self-Collection Kit, an at-home cervical cancer screening option tested using the BD Onclarity HPV Assay.
This arrangement is intended to help health plans increase cervical cancer screening among eligible members, particularly those who are overdue for recommended tests.

Members using the service can collect a sample at home and return it to a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-certified laboratory.
They receive results through the Everlywell platform. Telehealth consultations are available for clinical follow-up while members with abnormal results can be referred for in-person assessment.
Everlywell founder and CEO Julia Cheek said: “Every woman deserves a clear and accessible path to understand her health and take the next right step. The new partnership expands access to screening and connects women to appropriate follow-up care.
“By bringing together outreach, convenient screening access, clinician-guided results, and connected care systems, we can help plans close care gaps while preparing for the next generation of women’s preventive care.”
Everlywell is said to be among the first companies to offer the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared at-home HPV testing solution in response to the National Committee for Quality Assurance Measurement Year 2026 (NCQA MY2026) update.
The company said that the cervical cancer screening–electronic clinical data systems (CCS-E) measure can be difficult to improve because conventional screening typically requires an in-person visit.
The service is designed to link screening activity to care pathways and support health plans in addressing CCS-E care gaps before updated federal preventive-services guidance takes effect in 2027.
BD Onclarity detects 14 high-risk HPV genotypes and can identify six individual genotypes and three groups of pooled results.
Everlywell also offers testing related to cancer screening, cardiometabolic health, fertility, hormones, sexual health and thyroid biomarkers, alongside virtual care services.
