Luye Pharma Group has announced its intention to acquire the transdermal drug delivery systems (TDS) business of Acino by purchasing the entire issued share capital of Acino AG and Acino Supply AG for a purchase price of €245m ($268.8m).
Luye Pharma marks a significant step in its international expansion strategy and enables it to explore broader therapeutic areas through the acquisition.

MED-ART has agreed to sell its 100% stake in Q-Med, an orthopedic product developer, to EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (EMC Instytut), a Polish healthcare services provider, for PLN7.7m ($2m).
