Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Management Occupations, which accounted for 18% of the total new job postings in Q2 2024 and were down by 26% year-on-year. Second highest were Computer and Mathematical Occupations, which accounted for 9% and drop by 25% year-on-year, and third highest were Business and Financial Operations Occupations, which were 3% of the new job postings and 18% lower year-on-year.

Top five companies in medical industry accounted for 34% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Thermo Fisher Scientific with 311, followed by Danaher with 212, while the highest increase was at ConnectedHealth at 5%.
