North America held a 51.32% share of the global medical devices industry M&A deal value that totalled $2.28bn in June 2021. With a 51.32% share and deals worth $1.17bn, the US was the top country in North America’s M&A deal value across medical devices industry.

In terms of M&A deal activity, North America recorded 20 deals during June 2021, marking a flat growth over the previous month and a drop of 4.76% over the 12-month average. The US recorded 19 deals during the month.
