More than 170 people have been enrolled on the study, which hopes to demonstrate the superiority of the Ness L300 Foot Drop System over standard ankle-foot orthosis therapy.

Patients will receive either the Ness L300 or AFO rehabilitation therapies. They will be monitored for six months and evaluated based on gait function, stroke-specific quality of life and safety.
