French pharmaceutical company Guerbet SA has agreed to acquire Israeli microcatheters developer Accurate Medical Therapeutics Ltd for €57m ($68.5m).

Guerbet will acquire 100% of Accurate’s share capital through an initial payment of €19.5m ($23.45m), as part of the transaction.

Dispensing equipment designer and manufacturer Nordson Corporation has completed the acquisition of acoustic microscope systems manufacturer Sonoscan Inc.

Sonoscan will become part of Nordson’s advanced technology systems unit, following the transaction.

The acquisition will strengthen Nordson’s testing and inspection capabilities.
