Danaher Corporation has announced two public offerings of senior notes to raise €850m ($951.5m) in total through its subsidiary, DH Europe Finance SA.

Due on 30 June 2022 and 30 June 2027, the notes carry a coupon rate of 1.2%.

Chinese company Qingdao Huaren Pharmaceutical Co Ltd has announced a rights offering of common stock to raise CNY703m ($103.24m).

UK-based Sinclair Pharma plc (formerly Sinclair IS Pharma plc) plans to purchase the worldwide rights for US company Refine LLC’s patented Refine Support System for $11.3m.

The deal will help Sinclair Pharma expand its product portfolio.
