Paragon 28 has launched the Grappler R3INFORCE Extraosseous Repair System, for enhancing the stability of the ankle’s anterior and posterior ligaments during fibula fracture repairs and high ankle sprains.

The system is designed to address syndesmotic instability by allowing surgeons to place the Grapple R3INFORCE Anchors in plate holes or other anatomic locations and route pre-loaded suture tape to repair damaged ligaments.

It features Dynamic Anchors that permit micromotion in the repair, closely mimicking the mechanics of the native tissue.

Paragon 28 said the system is compatible with its Grappler Knotless Sutures, providing surgeons with various configuration options, enabling them to tailor the syndesmotic repair according to their treatment philosophies.
