DT Research has unveiled medical graphics stations designed for real-time display of 3D images of a patient’s anatomy.

The dedicated medical graphics stations, intended for use in augmented reality navigation, robotic surgeries, and 3D simulations, were revealed at the 2023 Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) meeting.

The 552, 554, and 557 medical graphics stations are equipped with dedicated NVidia graphics cards, high-resolution TFT-LCD touch screens, and high processing power to deliver graphics-intensive applications in medical, dental, and veterinary environments.

The US-based company has also extended its line of medical cart computers, allowing healthcare professionals to manage patient information securely at the point of care with wireless technology and 4G broadband. Along with medical cart computers, DT Research has medical tablets that can be attached to mobile medical carts.

For larger display systems, the company has added new solutions to its range of medical all-in-one computers. The 502T features a capacitive, high-resolution touchscreen and has the optionality for different fixations.

DT Research president Daw Tsai said: “Our new medical graphics stations can advance the way medical professionals approach dental modelling, robotic surgeries and training simulations.
