The trauma system also enables surgeons to modify implant types, while it allows for a variety of techniques, including the transition from open to MAS spine procedures.

Via a dual rack system and in case of ligamentotaxis, the portfolio allows independent lordosis restoration and parallel compression/distraction by dial-in fracture correction.

The system can also be used to place different rod diameters and/or materials before or after fracture correction, resulting in improved, easy and consistent decrease of fractures.
It also contains the integrated global alignment (iGA) platform consisting of NuVasive computer assisted technologies such as NVM5, NuvaLine, and NuvaMap.
Surgeons can calculate, correct and confirm spinal alignment using iGA, via preoperative planning, intraoperative assessment and postoperative confirmation.
The RELINE Trauma further allows quick manual rod manipulation, following the integration with Bendini system.
