Newborn and neurology healthcare products provider Natus Medical has agreed to purchase GN Otometrics from GN ReSound for $145m in cash on a debt and cash-free basis.

Expected to close later this year, the transaction will complement Natus Medical’s existing product portfolio and enhance its growth potential.

Platform GI company EndoChoice will sell all of its outstanding shares to Boston Scientific, which has agreed to complete the transaction through its wholly owned subsidiary Falcon Merger.

Upon completing the $210m transaction, EndoChoice will become part of Boston’s endoscopy business, which aims to offer comprehensive solutions to gastroenterology caregivers.

The deal is expected to be closed in December.
