The industry’s overall hiring increased by 5.29% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 54.24% in August 2021, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 10.17% share, an increase of 32.43% over the previous month.

Top five medical companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in August 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 20.04% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s medical industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
Danaher posted 167 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a drop of 7.73% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 152 jobs and a 49.02% growth. Becton Dickinson and with 149 IT jobs and Medtronic with 107 jobs, recorded a 49% flat growth and a 44.59% flat growth, respectively, while Abbott Laboratories recorded a decline of 5.88% with 96 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.51%, up by 10.91% from July 2021. Mid Level positions with a 24.75% share, registered an increase of 18.02% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 15.32% share, up 16.4% over July 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.42%, recording a month-on-month decline of 9.09%.
