The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 8.15% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 28.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Singapore’s medical industry during December 2021 over November 2021.
Becton Dickinson and posted 15 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a rise of 87.5% over the previous month, followed by Thermo Fisher Scientific with 13 jobs and a 23.53% drop. Danaher with 7 IT jobs and Illumina with 4 jobs, recorded a 133.33% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Sartorius recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during December 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.27%, up by 47.83% from November 2021. Entry Level positions with a 13.64% share, registered a decline of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.09% share, down 69.23% over November 2021.
