We load our ultramodern three to five-axis CNC milling machines, mill-turning machines and electrical discharge machines (EDMs) via automata. Furthermore, we use standardised and high-precision products as chucking tools employed throughout the entire manufacturing process.
We measure parts on 3D measuring machines during interim tests, and the results logged. Automation means that we benefit from efficient manufacturing, giving us a competitive edge.
Programming to the latest MedTech standards
Our specialists programme all CNC manufacturing applications for the milling, turning, EDM, additive manufacturing and quality inspections departments via CAD / CAM systems.
We construct standard programmes with MasterCam, where we also produce our complex five-axis simultaneous milling jobs. Our software is always up-to-date thanks to maintenance contracts.
During production planning (PP), we enter orders, offers, material procurements, operational plans, test plans, work instructions and records directly into our ERP system and link the information to each order.
Every document has a unique identification number to avoid any confusion. We synchronise the production steps perfectly and minimise unnecessary waiting times with the help of production planning software. Our PP staff work according to standardised processes. The information is available and editable at any time independent of specific individuals.
