Rhenus Advanced Services Successfully Operates as the ‘Order to Cash’ Provider for Nonin Medical, Inc.

Rhenus Advanced Services in Tilburg, the Netherlands has now been working for Nonin Medical, a global leader in non-invasive medical monitoring equipment, for the past year; it serves its distributors in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and on the Indian subcontinent.

The Rhenus distribution centre has helped Nonin Medical improve its customer services and reduce product shipping times and costs.

Rhenus’ central location and its full range of services have helped make improvements and reduce time and costs. Rhenus Advanced Services processes orders, distributes products and provides customer and technical support for Nonin’s distributors. Nonin’s former customer support centre in Europe was located in Hudiksvall, Sweden. Nonin Medical is now using Rhenus as its main service partner.

Rhenus has extended the logistics portfolio with a flexible and scalable set of customer and financial services for Nonin’s customers. Rhenus’ current operations are based on the experience that it has gained during the past 15 years.
