The Metallux ME910 is our smallest piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor with a diameter of just 9mm, so it is suitable for miniaturised applications. The Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm and the opposite side can be exposed directly to the medium being measured.
