Composites Busch specialises in the design, development, qualification, testing and serial production of high-performance composite parts for orthopaedic, surgical and dental devices.

We are also specialised in the 3D printing and additive manufacturing to provide both functional prototypes and qualified serial parts.

Our solutions are approved and adopted by OEMs for several applications, including external fixation elements, dental and surgical tools, operating tables and radiology equipment, single-use instrumentation and others.

Quality management and traceability are cornerstones of our business. Our materials and components meet the highest requirements and safety standards as set forth by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and in the European Medical Device Regulation (EU-MDR).

Our facility in Porrentruy (Canton Jura) is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and EN9100.
