Leading touch screen technology for medical devices
Touch International specialises in the design and manufacturing of the latest in packet capture (PCAP) multi-touch technology from 0.5in to 70in. We can work with low minimum order quantities (MOQs) and has a library of reference designs paired with industrial-grade displays to leverage development speed and reduced engineering fees.
We also offer resistive technology for legacy medical applications and have various sizes and configurations of standard designs for reference.
Enhanced touch display technology for medical applications
Touch International offers a series of touch screen enhancements, including electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters, privacy filters, colour filters, polarisers, infrared (IR) filters, custom communication cables, embedded controller options, and custom cover glass.
Cover glass customisation includes tailored thickness, from thin and light to heavy-duty and ruggedized; custom shapes; sizes; curves; cut-outs for buttons; cameras, and controls; custom graphics such as colours, indicators, logos and indicators, as well as other brandings.
Surface treatments and coatings include anti-fingerprint, anti-glare, anti-reflective and anti-microbial.
Display enhancements include high-brightness, sunlight-readability, night-vision (NVIS), dual-mode (NVIS+SR), extended-temperature operation, transparent heaters, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shields, gasket bonding, and optical bonding.
Medical computing and video processing technology
Various medical computing options can be designed-in as part of a complete pack, and Touch International has reference designs across multiple form factors to speed development and reduce cost.
We can design and integrate single board computers, compact PCs, Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) media players and custom Raspberry Pi (RPi) integration.

Peripheral integration and connectivity complete the computing package, with options such as cameras, controls, card readers, near field communication (NFC) / radio frequency identification (RFID), Power over Ethernet (PoE) accessories, repeaters, and a variety of sensors such as fingerprint, motion, heat, mechanical, electrical, along with other IoT applications.

Final assembly design and integration combine all of Touch International’s engineering and supply chain resources to deliver complete, plug-and-play touch screen products.
Our in-house metal and plastics capabilities include milling, laser sheet cut / bend / weld, large format thermoforming and hydrographics.
Examples of finished products include kiosk housings, stands or mounts; chemical and weather-resistant touch PCs; and custom hardware adapters for adaptation, integration, or retrofit.
Custom paint, graphics and powder coats can be applied to almost any final assembly to meet stringent requirements.
OFX Series multi-touch monitors are complete turnkey touch screen packages that can be customised for a specific application.
