Poland medical industry registered a 4.0% rise in IT hiring activity in June 2021 compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics index.
The industry’s overall hiring an increased by 0.97% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 16.59% share in June 2021, recording an increase of 1.38% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland medical industry in June 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 79.78% in June 2021, a 5.33% drop over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 8.99% share, an increase of 6.67% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 5.62%, registering a 47.37% decline from May 2021.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 2.81%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland IT recruitment activity in June 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland medical industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
Demant posted 102 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a drop of 15% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 39 jobs and a 30% growth. Bausch & Lomb with 8 IT jobs and PerkinElmer with 4 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a 33.33% increase, respectively, while Boston Scientific recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 83.15%, down by 2.63% from May 2021. Entry Level positions with a 10.11% share, a decline of 33.33% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 6.74% share, up 140% over May 2021.
