Willem Boersbroek, Rhenus Advanced Services general manager, speaks to about his company's success, which he puts down to a close focus on high-quality administration and a flexible attitude towards the supply chain.

A year and a half ago, a business development team at European supply chain management organisation Rhenus noticed that there was a need in the medical technology industry for value-added administrative services on top of supply chain services. Originally, however, this was not in the company's service package.

"We were mainly focusing on medical technology logistics and not on the administrative part of that," explains Willem Boersbroek, general manager of Rhenus Advanced Services.
