US-based company Baxter International’s IT hiring declined 28.3% in November 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 11.86% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 5.49% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 1.36% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Baxter International IT hiring in November 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Baxter International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 43.9% in November 2022, and a 30.77% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 17.07% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 36.36%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12.2% in November 2022, a 400% rise from October 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Baxter International
North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 46.34% share, which marked a 48.65% drop over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 29.27%, registering a 50% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 24.39% share and a 41.18% drop over October 2022.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 39.02% share in November 2022, a 52.94% decline over October 2022. India featured next with a 21.95% share, up 50% over the previous month. Italy recorded a 14.63% share, an increase of 500% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Baxter International IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.73%, down by 35.56% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 17.07% share, a decline of 41.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.2% share, flat growth over October 2022.
