The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 4% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Canada’s medical industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Arjo posted 12 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 300% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 7 jobs and a 56.25% drop. Intelerad Medical Systems with 3 IT jobs and Koninklijke Philips with 2 jobs, recorded a 25% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Danaher recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.97%, down by 25% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 16.22% share, registered a decline of 14.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.81% share, down 60% over October 2022.
