IT jobs claimed a 13.12% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.67% decline over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Carl Zeiss, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 71.88% in November 2022, and a 32.69% rise over October 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 7.29% in November 2022, and registered growth of 40%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 6.25% in November 2022, a 20% rise from October 2022.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Carl Zeiss

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2022 with an 83.33% share, which marked a 33.33% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 11.46%, registering a 26.67% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 5.21% share and a 37.5% drop over October 2022.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with an 81.25% share in November 2022, a 34.48% growth over October 2022. US featured next with a 10.42% share, down 33.33% over the previous month. Germany recorded a 3.13% share, a decline of 62.5% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 76.04%, up by 14.06% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 17.71% share, a growth of 88.89% compared with the previous month.
