The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 24.15% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 13.26% share in the company’s total hiring activity in August 2022, and recorded a 0.22% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Carl Zeiss IT hiring in August 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Carl Zeiss, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.36% in August 2022, and an 11.43% drop over July 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 12.73% in August 2022, and registered growth of 180%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 11.82% in August 2022, a 225% rise from July 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Carl Zeiss
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in August 2022 with a 71.82% share, which marked a 61.22% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 19.09%, registering a 25% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 9.09% share and a 41.18% drop over July 2022.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 68.18% share in August 2022, a 53.06% growth over July 2022. US featured next with a 19.09% share, down 25% over the previous month. Germany recorded a 7.27% share, an increase of 166.67% compared with July 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Carl Zeiss IT hiring activity in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 76.36%, up by 16.67% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 13.64% share, a decline of 11.76% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10% share, up 120% over July 2022.
