The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 11.69% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.91% share in November 2022, recording an increase of 1.92% over the last three-month average share.

Top five job classifications in France’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s medical industry in November 2022.

1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 60.71% in November 2022, registering a 6.25% growth over the previous month.

2) Computer Support Specialists claimed a 21.43% share, a flat growth over the previous month.

3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 7.14%, registering a 100% rise from October 2022.

4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 7.14%, flat growth over the previous month.

Top five medical companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s medical industry during November 2022 over October 2022.

GE Healthcare posted 9 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 125% over the previous month, followed by Sartorius with 7 jobs and a 16.67% growth. bioMerieux with 4 IT jobs and Koninklijke Philips with 2 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while ResMed recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.14%, up by 27.78% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 10.71% share, registered a decline of 50% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 7.14% share, up 100% over October 2022.
