The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.26% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.

Top five medical companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in April 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 28.96% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s medical industry during April 2022 over March 2022.
Carl Zeiss posted 64 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a rise of 700% over the previous month, followed by GE Healthcare with 56 jobs and a 54.47% drop. Danaher with 50 IT jobs and athenahealth with 35 jobs, recorded a 66.67% growth and a 59.09% growth, respectively, while Alcon recorded a flat growth with 31 job postings during April 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 56.16%, up by 2.08% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 34.96% share, registered a decline of 23.27% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 8.02% share, down 17.65% over March 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.86%, recording a month-on-month increase of 50%.
