The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 30.63% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 13.92% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2022, and recorded a 1.36% decline over the last three-month average share.
Computer and Information Analysts tops Koninklijke Philips IT hiring in October 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Koninklijke Philips, Computer and Information Analysts emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 37.74% in October 2022, and a 33.33% rise over September 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 30.19% in October 2022, and registered a decline of 69.23%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 22.64% in October 2022, a 20% rise from September 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Koninklijke Philips
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in October 2022 with a 64.15% share, which marked a 29.17% drop over the previous month.
North America stood next with 24.53%, registering a 60.61% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 9.43% share and a 61.54% drop over September 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.89% and a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 49.06% share in October 2022, a 23.53% decline over September 2022. US featured next with a 24.53% share, down 59.38% over the previous month. Poland recorded a 7.55% share, an increase of 300% compared with September 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Koninklijke Philips IT hiring activity in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.7%, down by 45.71% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.3% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
