IT jobs claimed a 16.08% share in the company’s total hiring activity in August 2022, and recorded a 0.24% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Koninklijke Philips IT hiring in August 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Koninklijke Philips, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 38.52% in August 2022, and a 20% drop over July 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 24.44% in August 2022, and registered growth of 26.92%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 18.52% in August 2022, an 8.7% rise from July 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Koninklijke Philips
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in August 2022 with a 58.52% share, which marked an 11.27% rise over the previous month.
North America stood next with 31.85%, registering a 24.56% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 5.19% share and a 41.67% drop over July 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 3.7% and a month-on-month decline of 64.29%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.74%, registering a 75% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 30.37% share in August 2022, a 19.61% decline over July 2022. India featured next with a 27.41% share, down 37.29% over the previous month. China recorded a 27.41% share, an increase of 825% compared with July 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Koninklijke Philips IT hiring activity in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.33%, down by 8.33% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 14.07% share, a decline of 44.12% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.59% share, up 6.25% over July 2022.
