The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 9.95% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.52% share in October 2022, recording a decrease of 1.31% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Netherlands medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands medical industry in October 2022.
1) Computer Support Specialists recorded a share of 50% in October 2022, registering a 33.33% growth over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 25% share, a decrease of 60% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.5%, registering a 50% decline from September 2022.

Medtronic posted 2 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by Cell Signaling Technology with 2 jobs and a 100% growth. Boston Scientific with 1 IT job and PerkinElmer with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Eargo recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50%, down by 42.86% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 37.5% share, registered an increase of 200% compared with the previous month.
