The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 22.65% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 10.51% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.27% growth over the last three-month average share.
Computer Support Specialists tops PerkinElmer IT hiring in November 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by PerkinElmer, Computer Support Specialists emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 45.45% in November 2022, and a 33.33% rise over October 2022, while Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a share of 36.36% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 38.46%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 9.09% in November 2022, a 33.33% rise from October 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at PerkinElmer
North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 43.18% share, which marked a 17.39% drop over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 36.36%, registering a 6.67% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 15.91% share and a 16.67% rise over October 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 4.55% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 40.91% share in November 2022, a 5.88% growth over October 2022. The UK featured next with a 20.45% share, up 125% over the previous month. India recorded a 6.82% share, an increase of 50% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead PerkinElmer IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.64%, flat growth from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 25% share, a growth of 57.14% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.36% share, down 54.55% over October 2022.
