Poland’s medical industry registered a 13.2% drop in IT hiring activity in June 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 14.64% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 18.78% share in June 2022, recording an increase of 0.24% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry in June 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 66.67% in June 2022, registering a 24.14% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 13.64% share, an increase of 12.5% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 9.09%, registering a 200% rise from May 2022.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 9.09%, down 60% over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 13.24% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
Demant posted 39 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 33.9% over the previous month, followed by GN Store Nord with 9 jobs and a flat growth. Sonova with 6 IT jobs and ConvaTec Group with 3 jobs, recorded a 33.33% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Smith & Nephew recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 87.88%, down by 17.14% from May 2022. Entry Level positions with a 7.58% share, registered an increase of 66.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 4.55% share, down 72.73% over May 2022.
