The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 42.86% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during September 2022 over August 2022.

Demant posted 19 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a drop of 56.82% over the previous month, followed by Arjo with 7 jobs and a flat growth. Smith & Nephew with 2 IT jobs and Baxter International with 2 jobs, recorded a 50% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while PerkinElmer recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during September 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 84.21%, down by 33.33% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with a 13.16% share, registered a decline of 68.75% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.63% share, flat growth over August 2022.
