Poland’s medical industry registered a 24.4% rise in IT hiring activity in March 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.86% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 25.34% share in March 2022, recording an increase of 5.08% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 99.34% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry in March 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 77.48% in March 2022, registering a 40.96% growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 13.25% share, an increase of 66.67% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.62%, registering a 42.86% rise from February 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 1.32%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in March 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 40.36% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during March 2022 over February 2022.
Demant posted 102 IT jobs in March 2022 and registered a rise of 29.11% over the previous month, followed by William Demant Holding with 102 jobs and a 29.11% growth. Sonova with 13 IT jobs and GE Healthcare with 8 jobs, recorded an 116.67% growth and a 700% growth, respectively.
Junior Level job postings dominate in March 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.25%, up by 22.08% from February 2022. Entry Level positions with a 25.83% share, registered an increase of 116.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.92% share, up 80% over February 2022.
