Denmark-based company William Demant Holding’s IT hiring rose 12.2% in March 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 15.87% in March 2022 when compared with February 2022.

IT jobs claimed a 14.46% share in the company’s total hiring activity in March 2022, and recorded a 0.99% growth over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by William Demant Holding, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 83.25% in March 2022, and a 9.74% rise over February 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 11.82% in March 2022, and registered growth of 41.18%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 4.43% in March 2022, a 30.77% drop from February 2022.

Europe drives IT hiring at William Demant Holding

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in March 2022 with a 62.07% share, which marked an 18.87% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 19.7%, registering a 29.82% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 18.23% share and a 23.33% rise over February 2022.

Poland commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 50.25% share in March 2022, a 29.11% growth over February 2022. US featured next with a 19.7% share, down 29.82% over the previous month. India recorded an 18.23% share, an increase of 27.59% compared with February 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.46%, down by 1.4% from February 2022. Entry Level positions with a 23.65% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.9% share, down 46.15% over February 2022.
