TruMed Systems and Medent have announced the bidirectional integration between the AccuVax Vaccine Management System and Medent’s EHR system for healthcare professionals.

Medent’s EHR is an all-in-one system, which combines its EMR / EHR, patient portal and practice management software.

Integration with AccuVax will allow Medent to automatically transmit immunisation orders to the AccuVax system, maximising patient safety by ensuring the correct dose dispenses.

Furthermore, AccuVax will transmit the administered vaccine lot and expiration back to the patient chart in Medent to help the precise and timely billing and saving of staff time transcribing information.
