US-based medical device company Labtician Ophthalmics Inc has formed a joint venture (JV) named Labtician Thea with French ophthalmology products manufacturer Laboratoires Thea SA.

The JV company will develop a solution for preservative-free glaucoma, dry eye and lid hygiene management, while they will provide total practice solutions for professionals in Canada.
